Delivery

We currently delivery worldwide. Standard delivery is £2.50 for UK orders and free for orders over £25. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order. We aim to fulfil your order within 1 week + working days for shipping.

Please note that all UK shipping orders are sent with Royal Mail. Where delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. UK Standard Shipping is currently £2.50 and free for orders over £25 (Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be fulfilled and 3-5 working days for shipping).

Once the order has been processed, All parcels will be sent 2nd class and signed for, this is not a trackable service but works as proof of delivery service.

Please check your local post office service website for any delays in your area.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way, please check your junk email folder in case it is in there.


My parcel hasn't arrived yet - what should I do?
If you are within the UK and have not received your order within 5 days of dispatch please get in touch with us.

Returns

You can return your item(s) to us with a full refund or exchange if they are not suitable. You must return your item(s) within 21 days of your item arriving.

 

Terms and Conditions

As a small business, unfortunately we do not cover return postage costs at this time. 

Please make sure you get a proof of postage receipt in case of any lost parcels. We can exchange only on the same item for different sizes. Please consider our future customer when sending back your item(s). We need them in a re-sellable condition, this means unworn with no marks or detectable smells and with the tag still attached to the items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at info@gretta.co.uk
